Our process

Initial Inquiry:
Contact the photographer to express your interest in their services. This could be through email, phone, or a contact form on their website or social media. Provide some basic information about your photography needs, such as the type of event or session, date, and location.

Quotation & Agreement:
Review the photographer's response, which should include a detailed quote or estimate for the services you need. Ensure you understand the pricing, what's included, and any additional costs. If you're satisfied, you can accept the quote and request a formal agreement or contract. Read the terms and conditions carefully before signing.

Booking & Deposit:
Pay the booking retainer fee as required by the photographer. This fee is typically non-refundable and secures the photographer's services for your chosen date. Make sure to clarify payment methods and deadlines.

Photo Session & Final Delivery:
Prepare for the photo session, following any guidance or consultations provided by the photographer. On the scheduled date, meet the photographer at the agreed-upon location and time. After the session, wait for the photographer to deliver the final edited photos within the specified timeframe.
How do I book a photography session with you?
You can book a session by contacting me through email, phone, or my website's contact form. We'll discuss your requirements, availability, and pricing.
Can I bring props or make special requests for the session?
Absolutely! I encourage personalizing your session. Feel free to bring props or share any specific ideas or requests you have in mind.
What should I wear for the photo shoot?
I will provide you with detailed guidelines for preparation, including clothing recommendations, location suggestions, and any other specifics tailored to your session.
How long will it take to receive the edited photos?
The post-processing time varies depending on the type of session. Typically, you can expect to receive your edited photos within 2-3 weeks after the session.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day of an outdoor shoot?
We can reschedule the session to a more suitable day. I'll keep a close eye on the weather forecast and communicate any changes as needed.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my session?
I have a cancellation and rescheduling policy that I will share with you. Generally, a certain notice period is required to avoid any cancellation fees.
